Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is provided to children, adolescents, and adults throughout VA, MA, and UT. Providers have been trained as generalists; however, we typically specialize in treating trauma, eating disorders, anxiety/stress, burnout, depression, life transitions, and boundaries.
Rates for self-pay services are comparable to other established and reputable clinicians in the areas we support. Additionally we are only accepting Aetna, Cigna, and Optum/United Healthcare insurances.
